About the International Conference
When: Saturday, June 13 – Tuesday, June 16, 2026
Purchase FIRST Day, Conference, or FIRST Day Conference Bundle to experience the 6th International Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. In-person registration includes access to Conference session recordings within 24 hours. Access to these recordings will be available on Attendee Hub through July 1, 2026, and will be available on the FNDS website through June 2027. Please note that the FIRST Day will not be recorded and will only be available in-person.
When: Sunday, June 14 – Tuesday, June 16, 2026
Purchase a Conference registration to experience the 6th International Conference online. Virtual registration includes access to the live Conference sessions and the recordings within 24 hours. Access to these recordings will be available on Attendee Hub through July 1, 2026, and will be available on the FNDS website through June 2027. Please note that the FIRST Day will not be recorded and will only be available in-person.
The 6th International Conference will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Staying at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront ensures convenient access to the conference.
For the best rates and to support the Society's contractual commitments, book within The FND Society's hotel room block by May 15, 2026.
We encourage all attendees to book their hotel stay soon to secure the best rooms and rates.
Changes and cancellation requests must be made in writing to the FNDS Info Box by Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
In-Person Registration cancellation
In-person registration cancellations requested by May 27, 2026, will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after May 27, 2026. You may change from in-person registration to a virtual registration upon request by Wednesday, May 27, 2026. In-person registrations are non-transferable to another individual.
Virtual registration cancellation
You may change from virtual registration to in-person registration at any time. Cancellation of virtual registrations is not allowed. All sales for FNDS online programs, including online conferences, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to another individual.
Gala Dinner cancellation
Gala Dinner tickets can be cancelled for no penalty and receive a full refund through Wednesday, May 27, 2026. No refunds will be granted for Gala ticket cancellations after May 27, 2026.
Those from lower-income countries will receive 50% of registration fees. Please refer to the FNDS list of lower-income countries to see if you are eligible. Use this discount code when registering for the conference.
Founding FNDS members who have paid dues for the 2025 membership term will receive a discount code for $50.00 off registration. The code will be emailed to those who are eligible.

Online registration payments must be made by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only). We do not process fax registrations for online registration. Purchase orders and wire transfers are not accepted.

In order to promote diversity, a diverse speaker lineup has been chosen, ensuring that a wide range of perspectives and experiences are represented. Regarding equity, FNDS aims to identify and remove bias in reviewing conference research abstracts and presentations. The FNDS also strives to ensure that there is equal opportunity to attend the conference. Finally, this conference aims to make conference attendees feel included and valued. Thus, there are opportunities for junior faculty and trainees to participate in the conference by presenting posters and case presentations. Additionally, to foster inclusion and connection, there is time at the end of each session for attendees to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
