Fundraising Committee

Per Board approval, responsible for a fundraising plan to provide guidance and support for all major forms of donor planning, development, management and reporting. Committee is not responsible for all fundraising; rather, ensures all activities to raise funds from donors are consistently done in the most strategic and systematic manner.

Tasks include:

  • Present annual fundraising goals and associated objectives.
  • Identify fundraising opportunities and specific potential donors to target and approach.
  • Develop action plans for fundraising tasks, donor approach, and timelines
  • Standardize and train on talking points about how to approach local donors by the Board and key staff members.

Time Commitment:   No more than six (6) hours/year (including quarterly meetings)
